Business Division 1
Business Division 1 as agency services handles cargo delivery of goods traded by Mitsubishi Corporation. The delivery agency services involve control and supervision as an intermediary between ship side and terminal side to ensure that the goods are loaded and unloaded safely and smoothly on behalf of Mitsubishi Corporation. This operation includes supervising cargo handling onboard the vessel, coordinating various communications and providing comprehensive services including customs clearance operations.
In addition, we assign personnel to Mitsubishi Corporation headquarters, branches and its affiliates to provide extensive experience and knowledge accumulated over many years in delivery operations.

Business Division 2
Liquefied natural gas (LNG), one of Japan's key energy resources, is transported by large tankers from major gas-producing countries around the world under ultra-low temperatures of approximately -160°C in a liquid state, and then delivered to LNG receiving terminals in Japan to maintain a stable supply of electricity and city gas within the country.
Business Division 2 engages in LNG delivery agency services at receiving terminals primarily in the Kansai, Shikoku and Hokuriku regions in order to ensure the safe and smooth LNG transfers. Additionally, we engage in loading supervision agency services for FOB (Free on Board) contracts in gas-producing countries such as Australia.
